Beginning September 2011 through July 2012, the hotel will undergo major refurbishment, including all guestrooms and suites.
* January 30 - February 17: House Without a Key restaurant’s breakfast and lunch service from Mon to Fri will be relocated to Orchids restaurant.
* February 27 - June 3: La Mer restaurant menus will not be available.
* March 3 - May 27: Orchids restaurant menus for breakfast, lunch, dinner and Sunday brunch will be relocated to La Mer’s dining room.
* March 5 - May 13: Halekulani Logo Boutique will be closed.
* June 4 - 10: Lewers Lounge will be closed.
Work will be done floor by floor over the duration starting with the higher floors in buildings surrounding the courtyard. In February, work will begin in the large tower adjacent to the garden courtyard from Mon. - to Fri. after 9am and ending before 4:30pm with few exceptions, on Saturdays in March. Management will do all possible to minimize any disruption.

La Mer’s neoclassic cuisine combines the influences of the south of France with fresh island ingredients in an elegant ocean-side setting. Orchids serves refined regional dishes, featuring seafood specialties and selections from the rotisserie, with spectacular views of Diamond Head.
