Culinary temptations at Bernardus Lodge abound. At the newly re-tooled Marinus Restaurant, where Cal-Regional Cuisine is created, local organic seasonal produce as well as regional seafood and artisan farmed meats are featured. Wickets offers a bistro-style menu in a casual resort setting, featuring dishes like duck confit, steak frites and an assortment of seafood. Indoor and outdoor seating and a full bar are open for each meal of the day. The adjacent stone fireplace creates the perfect ambiance for an evening nightcap.
Originally built as a tearoom in the late 1920s and later serving as a roadhouse, Will’s Fargo Dining House and Saloon became a landmark steakhouse in 1959. Menu selections include high quality, local ingredients such as naturally raised meats, freshly caught fish, pasta and organic vegetables.
