Cutting-edge design and a gorgeous country setting collide at this stunning hotel, conceived by Byblos and realized by award-winning architect Alessandro Mendini. The exterior is a restored 16th-century villa in a lush garden, while interiors feature a clean, modernist aesthetic. As the hotel's name implies, the art collection is enviable and includes works by Sol LeWitt, Damien Hirst and Anish Kapoor. The walls of restaurant Atelier are adorned with Marc Quinn paintings, while the dishes themselves are works of art, made with ingredients from the hotel’s organic garden.
