La Cantina is a relaxed restaurant in the medieval wine cellars of Castel Monastero. While the vaulted ceilings and rough stone walls harken back to an older time, the menu features timeless Tuscan classics like pici pasta, ribollita soup and meat dishes using the prized Chianina beef. As befits the setting, the wine list is exemplary.
