Dinners on the casual terrace or in the dining room feature local seafood, hot and cold mezzes, a sushi corner and a selection of Arabic dishes.
Located in the first floor of the Çırağan Palace, diners can choose between Tugra’s grand dining room with murals of historic Istanbul or a marble-pillared terrace looking from Europe over the Bosphorus to Asia. Live classical Turkish music accompanies dinners of classic Ottoman fare like lamb külbastı and testi kebab.

Locals meet at the al fresco Bosphorus Grill for seafood and meat barbecues with views across the water to the Bosphorus Bridge and Maiden’s Tower. DJs spin music on weeknights and live musicians entertain on Fridays and Saturdays.
Set amid lush gardens, the buzzy Le Fumoir is the ideal setting for trying hookah or puffing a cigar from the hotel’s humidor.
