Since arriving in 2006, Chef de Cuisine Michael Kammermeier has continued ENTE’s Michelin star tradition that dates back to 1979. Table d'hôte and à la carte menus offer his interpretation of classic European cuisine, with dishes like crispy duck and Scottish scallops with sweet corn crème brulée and coconut gelée.
The Orangerie serves regional specialties for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The daily-changing business lunch menu is popular with locals and tourists alike. The floor-to-ceiling windows create a light, airy space for dining indoors, while the terrace offers a beautiful view of the historic Kurhaus.
