The La Rotonde delivers on breathtaking views of the ocean and the Biarritz Lighthouse. In a sumptuous dining room evoking the late-1800’s, classic French cuisine is served by the one-Michelin-starred team. A regional signature dish is whole local sole pan-fried in butter and served with steamed potatoes.

The Restaurant L'Hippocampe boasts one of the most beautiful views of Biarritz. Sitting poolside, guests can savor an endless array of seafood, light salads, grilled meats and delectable desserts during lunch and dinner. A standout dish is the sautéed squid served with candied tomatoes and stick potatoes. A lunch buffet is offered in the summer.
The one-Michelin-starred restaurant Villa Eugénie pays tribute to local seafood and regional produce in an elegant, formal dining room. Specialties include sea bass with a white wine cream, sautéed mullet filets and baby cuttlefish with creamy rice in a squid ink sauce. Please note that jackets are required to be worn by gentlemen.
