La Réserve Spa’s restaurant is an intimate space offering healthy, creative fare. The chef works closely with the spa staff to ensure all meals are in keeping with the spa’s philosophy of wellbeing, meaning you’ll find dishes made with whole grains, raw sugar and heart-healthy olive oil instead of processed products and trans fats.

Le Loti’s emphasis is on exceptional products perfectly cooked and simply presented. The chef prepares delicious, unassuming dishes like grilled whole turbot, pepper-crusted filet of beef in balsamic reduction and a selection of house-made fresh pastas. The setting is welcoming, with rich colors, warm woodwork and a copper and iron fireplace.
When summer rolls around, guests flock to The Lodge, a seasonal open-air restaurant by the pool. Enjoy a sunny lunch of sushi, salads and rotisserie items, or stop by in the evening for chic cocktails and a live DJ.
The culinary journey at Le Tsé Fung starts with the refined décor of red velvet, black lacquer and silk. The menu offers a variety of Asian dishes, with a focus on traditional Chinese and Vietnamese favorites like crispy duck and meats and seafood in flavorful sauces.
