Set in a 100-year-old Swiss chalet, Chalet serves a wide selection of Alpine specialties such as a cheese fondue and raclette. Open from November until May, the authentic dining room features hand-carved wooden chairs and tables and a roaring fire, making guests feel as though they are in the Swiss Alps.

Les Ambassadeurs Bar is a contemporary lounge that hosts live jazz every Friday and Saturday night. In an atmospheric setting overlooking Bosphorus, select from an extensive menu of whiskeys, signature cocktails and light bar snacks while relaxing with friends.
Miyako’s peaceful and inviting atmosphere is complemented by its authentic Japanese cuisine. The ultimate in sushi is offered, plus dishes from a teppanyaki grill and traditional a la carte menu. A private Tatami room is available.
