With two Michelin stars under his belt, Spanish chef Sergi Arola selected the Tivoli Sao Paulo for his first restaurant in the Americas. On the menu are a mix of traditional Spanish dishes and creative tapas with Brazilian flavors and ingredients. They are all served up with views of Avenida Paulista and wines from the two-thousand strong cellar.
