Under the direction of Chef Wayne Hirabayashi, The Kahala's award-winning restaurant is known for its service, innovative island cuisine and breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean. Using a mix of locally grown and exotic ingredients, the chefs prepare dishes like crisped whole island fish and Maine lobster tempura with chili-mint sauce.

Plumeria Beach House is the resort’s open-air restaurant, serving sandwiches, burgers, breakfast foods and more in a casual environment. It’s also a favorite for tropical cocktails at sunset. The restaurant offers the Bounty of the Seven Seas Buffet on Fridays and Saturdays, featuring a weekly changing “port of call” theme.
If you like dining with your toes in the sand, head to Seaside Grill. Situated next to the pool and the beach, the restaurant serves seafood, salads and sandwiches with views of the ocean.
The Veranda is a beautiful setting for afternoon tea, cocktails and live jazz music. The plantation-style building features both indoor and al fresco seating overlooking the Dolphin Lagoon.
Arancino at The Kahala features an Italian dining concept which showcases classic but innovative Italian dishes. The dinner prix fixe menu features a selection of house-made pastas, brick oven pizzas, and game meat delicacies. Lunch is offered a la carte.
