Widely-recognized for his experimental style mixing local Venetian ingredients with a dash of both Mediterranean and International influence, Chef Giovanni Ciresa offers a fine dining experience at "De Pisis" gourmet restaurant. Guests dine in an intimate atmosphere either indoors or out on the terrace overlooking the Grand Canal. Guests can also enjoy a spectacular view of the famous Venetian landmark, Chiesa della Salute, from the hotels "Bar Canale" terrace featuring live entertainment during the summer and intimate piano music during the winter indoor.
