Dining In

At Padouk, the cuisine has Mediterranean flavors, emphasizing seasonal products, seafood and fruits and vegetables of the region. Chef employs the cuisine of his heritage, remembering his grandmother's cooking and applying contemporary touches. The decor of Le Padouk combines dark exotic woods, modern furniture in warm orange and red hues. Padouk, a precious wood used for bows of ships, is the primary material used on the restaurant's walls. The mahogany parquet floor shows to advantage the green, blue and orange coloured mosaic accents on the floor of the restaurant. The general atmosphere is very warm, welcoming and relaxing. During sunny days, the restaurant's terrace, landscaped with mandarin trees and lavender, offers a spectacular panoramic view on the Baie des Anges, the only one of this kind on the Côte d'Azur.
