L'Andana, former residence of Leopold II, Duke of Tuscany, has become a refined hotel. Dining In
La Trattoria Toscana, Restaurant Alain Ducasse - The main restaurant offers a traditional Tuscan cuisine: demanding, yet simple and authentic. It relies on the purity and balance of the ingredients, and gives the ultimate refinement of subtle conjugations. The wine list, drawn up by Gérard Margeon, the Alain Ducasse Group's sommelier, includes the best nectars in the Italian wine palette. Closed “Monday all day and Tuesday for lunch” from April to October. Closed “Monday through Thursday” from November to March. The Villa restaurant opens for breakfast as well as light lunch and for dinner when La Trattoria Toscana is closed.
Recreation and Health
L'Andana offers a beautiful swimming pool, a large outdoor Jacuzzi in the villa garden, tennis court, bicycle rental, horse back riding and sandy beaches nearby. E'SPA runs the approximately 675 square meter (6,000 square foot) spa which infuses natural ingredients and elements from the region into the spa menu and treatment options. The spa also includes a fitness area, sauna, hammam, vitality pool, and internal pool. Golf driving range available on site and two very well appointed golf courses 25 km away from the hotel.
