Schloss Elmau - Luxury Spa & Cultural Hideaway features four separate luxurious spas:
The Badehaus Spa is probably the most beautiful spa in the world and an oasis of calm on 3000 sqm exclusively reserved for adults offering 16 spacious treatment and relaxing suites, private spa, lady spa with sauna and steam bath, huge sauna area with cold plunge pool and relaxing rooms and year round rooftop heated outdoor swimming pool and hot salt water outdoor pool with spectacular views of the mountains. The Spa offers daily courses in Yoga, Tai Chi, Qi Gong and Pilates.
The Hammam Spa is exclusively reserved for adults. Spreading over 500sqm including three hot stone rooms, two treatment rooms, two steam baths, floating center with saltwater pool, lounge and relaxation area.
The Family Spa is spread over 1500sqm for parents and children. It includes four treatment rooms, a 25x7m indoor pool and six saunas (including two brine steam baths) which offer plenty of space to enjoy undisturbed spa time together, relaxation rooms and lounge. The Indoor and outdoor gym feature state-of-the-art equipment from Techno Gym.
The Nature Spa comprises 15 hectares of a secluded valley along a crystal-clear brook. It features a Finnish sauna and massage tent at the Ferchenbach, 25m outdoor lap-pool, 3 outdoor tennis courts and children's playground during the summer season.
Sports Unlimited:
The winter season offers some of the best Alpine and Cross Country skiing in the Alps between Seefeld and Garmisch-Partenkirchen. 20km Nordic ski slope start right in front of hotel. Daily Ski safaris with private Ski instructors take guest to best slopes of the region with more than 100 lifts and 200km slopes for all levels of skiing and snowboarding. The summer offers spectacular Mountain biking and guided Hiking, Nordic Walking, Rafting, Canoeing and Paragliding or challenging game of golf just 20 minutes from the castle.
