A genuine Apulian trattoria in the heart of the Borgo, wood blends with the clean white halls and the tools and objects from our rural heritage. Guests can discover the deep rural roots of Apulian typical cuisine through a menu celebrating the many treasures of our local tradition.
Featuring an open kitchen where old and forgotten recipes can be enjoyed just like in a local home, our beloved "massaia" Mimina shares the ancient secrets of Apulian cuisine. At the lovely "A Pizzerì" outdoor area, you can also taste some excellent pizza made with the best ingredients and three different dough varieties.
Located at the hotel's private beach Cala Masciola, this seafront culinary corner is a blend between a restaurant and a fish shop. It serves light salads, pasta dishes and extremely fresh seafood. Guests are invited to choose fish from the market stall to have it weighed and cooked as they wish or according to the Apulian tradition of “crudo”.
The pleasant open-air space is the perfect setting for food prepared live using fresh local raw ingredients. Guests may visit a number of food stations, be it a first course, a meat or fish dish or a freshly composed salad, to learn how their preferred dish are made.
This magical and otherworldly restaurant is for our small guests only. Every detail and piece of furniture, from chairs to tables to the buffet, is sized for children so they can enjoy great moments of joyful playing. The menu consists of natural and simple dishes that changes every day.
