Inspired by the Café Royal Cocktail Book compiled in 1937, the Green Bar at Hotel Café Royal is a vibrant cocktail destination. In celebration of the diverse history of the location, the cocktail list features heritage cocktails alongside classic concoctions and a selection of handpicked gins and absinthes alongside a menu of small dishes.
Laurent at Café Royal is a Grill and Sushi Bar by Executive Chef Laurent Tourondel of New York fame. At home on the first floor of the hotel, the restaurant is open daily for breakfast, lunch, dinner and cocktails late into the night. Expect the finest steak and fish from the parrilla grill alongside inventive sushi from the sushi bar.

Inspired by the late, great David Bowie, who retired his alter ego Ziggy Stardust at a star-studded bash at Café Royal in 1973, Ziggy's serves an eclectic mix of classic cocktails reinvented as well as drinks inspired by Bowie's favored tipples in a room decorated with intimate photography of the icon by rock photographer Mick Rock.
Originally established in 1865, the Oscar Wilde Lounge (formerly the iconic Grill Room where Oscar Wilde himself dined and drank) is the jewel of Hotel Café Royal. Restored to its original Louis XVI décor, it is now the place to enjoy Champagne afternoon tea, a British tradition.
