Born in the Tuscan town of Carrara, Chef Marco Garfagnini pays tribute to his origins and imagines for Airelles a new restaurant with Italian flavors. CARRARA embodies all the generosity of the Mediterranean with the classics roasted fresh Tagliolini "alle vongole", sea bass filet with artichokes, not to mention the Tiramisu.
