A colorful dining room with lit candles, beaded curtains and seductive aromas sets the stage as guests enter the restaurant Nina for dinner. With signature dishes like tomato butter chicken in spiced yogurt, the chefs create a journey of Indo-European cuisine to a soundtrack of contemporary music.
A casual, all-day dining restaurant, Olives presents a taste of the Mediterranean. Marble-topped tables and cane chairs give the bougainvillea-covered terrace a Riviera coastal café feel; Indoor seating is also available. Try the breakfast, lunch and dinner buffets or signature dishes like braised lamb shank and a roasted garlic salad.
Indulge in a truly authentic Moroccan dining experience at Tagine. Inspired by the tradition of Tedlekt, the walls are tobacco-colored and hand-polished with a traditional wax plaster, while specially-procured lanterns, rugs and artifacts add to the mood. The dining room has an intimate courtyard terrace overlooking gardens and fountains, while a show kitchen with copper chimneys and enameled cast iron ovens allows guests to interact with the chefs. A popular dish is the roasted chicken with sautéed new potatoes.
