At the heart of the American Colony Hotel, you can imagine past guests like Graham Greene, Winston Churchill and Lawrence of Arabia sipping cocktails here, around the stone fountain and under the shade of mulberry trees. The restaurant is now open for casual meals from breakfast to dinner.
Set amid the swaying palms and brightly hued flowers in the Palm House Garden, the Summer Bar is beloved by guests and locals alike for its breezy summer barbecues. The bartenders mix a mean cocktail and will also select bottles from the hotel’s award-winning wine cellar.
