Elegance and romance prevails at Fontana, the hotel’s romantic courtyard restaurant with its palazzo fountain and views of the hotel’s Mediterranean architecture. Chef Giuseppe Galazzi mixes his Italian flair with classic flavor and local products.
Executive Chef: Giuseppe Galazzi

"Fontana is undoubtedly Miami’s most romantic restaurant and I’m happy to say, the Italian fare lives up to the elegance and grandeur of the restaurant. Try the Zuppa di Pesce and don’t skip desert, you won’t be disappointed!"
Set between the sprawling Biltmore pool, a colonnaded loggia and petanque court, the Cascade restaurant serves a mix of healthy spa cuisine and contemporary French-Caribbean fare. At happy hour, guests sip mojitos while sharing snacks like crispy blue crab rolls with fruit ceviche or filo-crusted scallops with orange curry sauce.
"A must...excellent poolside dining with a spectacular view of the world-famous Biltmore pool!"
This casual eatery and its terrace open onto panoramic views of The Biltmore’s lush Donald Ross Golf Course. It’s the perfect place to eat a pre-game breakfast of farm-fresh eggs or to unwind over beers and American pub fare like burgers, club sandwiches and chili-cheese hot dogs.
"Overlooking the Biltmore golf course, this little gem serves excellent club fare throughout the day. It`s a great place to watch sports and unwind."
The extravagant buffet features endless delicacies and culminates with a wall of desserts prepared to perfection by Executive Pastry Chef Olivier Rodriguez. The grand Sunday Champagne Brunch combines European flair, Latin exuberance and Miami’s very own style.

"Legendary and for good reason. The Biltmore Brunch is an absolutely wonderful culinary experience. I will definitely return."
Live jazz and piano music add a touch of retro glamour to the handsome Biltmore Bar. Guests gather for pre-dinner cocktails mixed with organic, seasonal ingredients or puff cigars outside under the bar’s loggia overlooking the courtyard fountain.
"Inventive and refreshing cocktails served by Octavio. A perfect way to start or end the night!"
The Cellar Club wakes up with Illy coffee, cappuccinos, freshly baked pastries and fresh fruit in the morning. In the afternoon, the bar serves light meals before moving on to buzzy evenings with more than 100 wines by the glass and cocktails made with organic seasonal ingredients.
"A quiet and cozy escape with a great wine selection and small bite menu."
The Biltmore’s majestic lobby, all vaulted ceilings and hand-painted frescoes, sets the scene for elegant afternoon teas. A classical guitarist accompanies the weekday teas, which include dainty sandwiches, freshly baked scones and clotted cream, petite fours and a selection of loose teas.
"The Biltmore looks and feels special, from the moment you enter the grand lobby. Afternoon Tea did not disappoint with its lovely presentation and service."
