This casual eatery and its terrace open onto panoramic views of The Biltmore’s lush Donald Ross Golf Course. It’s the perfect place to eat a pre-game breakfast of farm-fresh eggs or to unwind over beers and American pub fare like burgers, club sandwiches and chili-cheese hot dogs.
The Biltmore’s majestic lobby, all vaulted ceilings and hand-painted frescoes, sets the scene for elegant afternoon teas. A classical guitarist accompanies the weekday teas, which include dainty sandwiches, freshly baked scones and clotted cream, petite fours and a selection of loose teas.
Set between the sprawling Biltmore pool, a colonnaded loggia and petanque court, the Cascade restaurant serves a mix of healthy spa cuisine and contemporary French-Caribbean fare. At happy hour, guests sip mojitos while sharing snacks like crispy blue crab rolls with fruit ceviche or filo-crusted scallops with orange curry sauce.
Set on a lush palm-shaded courtyard aside a grand Roman-inspired fountain, Fontana offers European charm from lavish champagne brunches through to the hand-rolled pastas, wood-fired pizzas, grilled meats and fresh local seafood that make up the northern Italian menu.

Consistently rated as the best restaurant in Miami, the elegant Palme d’Or welcomes guests with white tablecloths and stately chandeliers. Live jazz and piano music add a touch of retro glamour to the handsome Biltmore Bar. Guests gather for pre-dinner cocktails mixed with organic, seasonal ingredients or puff cigars outside under the bar’s loggia overlooking the courtyard fountain.
The Cellar Club wakes up with Illy coffee, cappuccinos, freshly baked pastries and fresh fruit in the morning. In the afternoon, the bar serves light meals before moving on to buzzy evenings with more than 100 wines by the glass and cocktails made with organic seasonal ingredients.
