Designed by Philippe Starck, El Bistro is one of the city’s most spectacular dining rooms. The ultramodern design features pure white décor, made all the more dramatic by angular red rugs that seem to frame the tables. The menu offers an elevated version of bistro cuisine, incorporating both European and Argentinian flavors and traditions.

Step back in time at the Faena cabaret. Rich red velvet and glittering gold trim evoke the style and glamour of the 1920s, providing the perfect setting for Argentina’s finest tango show, Rojo Tango. Featuring traditional Argentinian cuisine prepared in an adobe oven, El Mercado is reminiscent of Buenos Aires’ legendary cantinas with rustic wooden tables, eclectic antiques and exposed brick.
