The Jahreszeiten Grill, boasting newly restored original Art Deco details, offers excellent fish, poultry and steaks complemented by choices from an extensive wine cellar. Enjoy dynamic Euro-Asian cuisine served amidst an exotic Far Eastern atmosphere at Doc Cheng’s, as well as before- or after-dinner drinks at Bar Indochine. Café Condi is popular for breakfast and coffee, and the Fairmont Deli for its 60 varieties of sandwiches, while the quiet ambience of the elegant, two-story Jahreszeiten Bar is ideal for meeting friends and colleagues. For a cozy living-room atmosphere, The Wohnhalle features a wood-burning fireplace and afternoon tea served in the classic British style. Or, for casual outdoor dining, Jahreszeiten Terrace combines lighter fare with beautiful views over the lake. -
