Situated on two floors overlooking the city’s Place de la Comédie, the Brasserie le Bordeaux was inspired by the grand brasseries of the 19th century. Chef Pascal Nibaudeau uses fresh seasonal products to create a tempting menu of regional classics and seafood specialties. Le Pressoir D'Argent

Recognized with a Michelin star, the Pressoir d'Argent offers an innovative menu centered around the bounties of the sea. The restaurant owes its name to the rare presence of a lobster press, one of only five in the world. This unique device is used tableside to obtain the rich lobster jus served over the house specialty, Brittany Blue Lobster.
