The one-Michelin-starred restaurant Villa Eugénie pays tribute to local seafood and regional produce in an elegant, formal dining room. Specialties include sea bass with a white wine cream, sautéed mullet filets and baby cuttlefish with creamy rice in a squid ink sauce. Please note that jackets are required to be worn by gentlemen.
