The restaurant draws on a Sicilian baroque style with an extravagant shell decor on the walls, opening onto a lovely glass conservatory drenched in light. The delectable and sophisticated cuisine is based on ultra-fresh products and traditional recipes from Italy’s many regions.

The French restaurant immerses guests in a friendly, artistic decor. Guest tables face the open kitchen where light and flavorful notes are incorporated in the chef’s sophisticated, generous and spontaneous cuisine. His flavors are beautifully complemented by the concluding touches—desserts by famous pastry chef Pierre Hermé. During warm weather, the terrace opens for brunch, lunch and dinner.
This bar is an unusual spot—its structure is broken up by large white linen curtains, works of art and a surprising collection of lamps and chandeliers. Located at the heart of the hotel, Le Bar Long is a high, long, narrow and luminous bar. This is a place where people stop, talk, read and enjoy the great classics of luxury hotel bars or chic tapas, all served with original cocktails.

The garden defines the very essence of the identity of Le Royal Monceau – Raffles Paris. Le Bar Long and the two restaurants open onto the garden. It flourishes and transforms throughout the day and the seasons, and the huge teapot by the artist Joana Vasconcelos adds an additional touch of magic to the site.
