With its intricate oak columns and elaborate cassette ceiling, the historic dining room at the Grand Restaurant offers a fitting setting for Chef Bernd Ackermann’s elegant menu of market-fresh French cuisine, prepared with a nod to international flavors.

Enjoy classic Swiss specialties and authentic regional dishes at the Suvretta Stube. The relaxed dining room is cozy yet stylish, while the terrace features mesmerizing mountain views (and is even open for breakfast in summer).
One of the hotel’s off-site restaurants, the charming Chasellas is a favorite midday stop for hikers and skiers. The lunch menu features crisp salads, hearty pastas and a few local specialties. After dark, the restaurant transforms into an elegant gourmet hideaway featuring Italian haute cuisine made with the best local seasonal produce.
Executive Chef: Robert Jagisch
Known for its satisfying rustic fare and offering plenty of Alpine charm, the Trutz is tucked into the hillside overlooking the sweeping valley and Upper Engadine lakes. Enjoy a hearty meal of Grison barley soup, tortellini or polenta with gorgonzola and finish with something sweet such as streusel cake or apple crumble.
Perched at more than 8,700 feet above sea level, Chamanna is a favorite gathering spot for high-altitude skiers and snowboarders. Refuel with daily specials from the frying pan or grill, freshly prepared rösti or the local favorite, raclette.
