Along with traditional water pipes and colorful divans, enjoy dinner including Arabic mezze (hummus, baba ghanoush, marinated olives), beef shwarma and kebabs. Open on cool desert nights from mid-October to mid-April.
Dine on a lovely waterfront patio or in a high-ceilinged, contemporary dining room at the Beach Restaurant. Situated on the sands of the Gulf of Oman, the restaurant offers an eclectic à la carte seafood menu with European and Far Eastern influences, plus an impressive wine selection. Open for dinner only, mid-September to the end of May.
Enjoy healthy and light Mediterranean meals in the open-air dining room of the Chedi Pool Cabana, facing the sparkling Gulf of Oman. Extended lunch hours draw sun bathers and locals seeking a break from work. In the evening, watch the sunset as traditional fire pots and candles are lit and soft Omani music plays in concert with breaking waves.
An explosion of authentic Japanese and Malaysian flavors can be savored at the Long Pool Cabana. Sit poolside and gaze upon the shimmering Gulf of Oman while enjoying exquisitely cut Japanese sushi and sashimi or spicy Malay fare before dipping into the refreshing water.
Beneath stunning arches and crystal chandeliers, the Restaurant boasts garden and ocean views, and open show kitchens.
