The AAA Four Diamond restaurant Azia presents guests with an array of gourmet specialties from the Far East. While the menu places an emphasis on regional Japanese cuisine, other Asian favorites are also highlighted, including traditional Thai dishes.

Las Ventanas is the hotel’s recently-renovated, signature gourmet restaurant offering an upscale fine dining experience and a premium wine cellar. Chef Eugenio Villafaña's menu has a wide range of inventive creations prepared with classic techniques and molecular gastronomy. Guests can also book a private chef’s table in the kitchen.
At Palazzo, a master chef from Rome prepares and serves traditional Italian favorites in an elegant yet charming setting. Highlights include house-made pastas and risottos.
