The Vila Vita Spa takes a truly holistic approach to wellness with a mix of naturopathy, preventive medicine, medicinal cosmetics and pre-aging/anti-aging therapies joining the list of massages, body scrubs, facials and other beauty treatments. The large facility includes a heated indoor pool, Jacuzzis, two saunas, aromatherapy steam rooms, ice rooms, algae and Rasul baths, in addition to a health bar and relaxation area. Classes include yoga, Pilates, Tai Chi, aquaerobics and stretching, as well as personal training.

VILA VITA Parc presents HYPOXI®-Studio, the first and only of its kind in the whole of the Iberian Peninsula, offering the most sophisticated training method to achieve a perfect body, based on a moderate workout routine and a balanced nutrition plan suitable for all ages.
