In an opulent, Old World space,Taleon serves masterful Continental dishes like sea bass with truffle risotto and coral oil emulsion and citron-crusted lamb chops in thyme sauce. The acclaimed restaurant is also known for an extensive wine list, a collection of rare brandies and a selection of Cuban and Dominican cigars.
