Dining In
Six fine restaurants offer a variety of dining experiences and bear testimony to Fancourt’s reputation as purveyors of fine cuisine. The Grill Room serves the best steaks in town! La Cantina serves antipasto, pasta, pizza and fish of the day is served in a warm Mediterranean atmosphere. Le Pêcheur specializes in fresh sushi and seafood. Links Lodge offers an intimate ambience with a true culinary experience of Fusion Cuisine – a combination of flavors from around the world. Sansibar serves modern African cuisine in an authentic African setting. The Morning Glory overlooks the first tee of the golf course and offers light fare with an emphasis on organic produce.
Recreation and Health
Fancourt’s primary attraction is undoubtedly its golf courses; however for the non-golfer, other facilities and activities include a Spa, which incorporates a sauna, steam room, tepidarium and gymnasium with a personal trainer, heated indoor roman bath and Jacuzzi.
There are beautifully maintained tennis courts, swimming pools, Kids Club and Teen Lounge. Mountain biking, horse riding, picnics, running trails, walks and hikes are also available and there is easy access to glorious beaches and the warm Indian Ocean.
