Gran Hotel Bahia del Duque Resort is situated on a beautiful estate bordering the sea on the idyllic island of Tenerife, Canary Islands. Built in a style reminiscent of the turn of the century, with Victorian and Venetian influences, the resort blends harmoniously with its surroundings, preserving the deep warmth of the island’s volcanic origins and the peace of a welcoming paradise.
In addition to the original 20 buildings, the hotel features 40 exclusive villas designed by the prestigious interior decorator Pascua Ortega opened in January 2008. Each has a private garden and pool in addition to separate reception area, butler service and B&O music equipment. Occupying a surface area of 50,000 m2, the villas open out onto a splendid pool and to a speciality restaurant Las Aguas.

El Bernegal features a wide range of theme buffets, Show cooking area and a sea view terrace for daily breakfast. Las Aguas for Creative cuisine based on local and seasonal products is situated in the Villas complex and it's run by Braulio Simancas. Beach Club is the place to enjoy seafood, rice, fresh fish and the best of Mediterranean cuisine, besides the beautiful sea views. La Tasca offers Spanish cuisine variety from elaborate dishes to typical tapas (bar snacks and portions) with live music and a Flamencan guitarist. Möet Gastro Tapas is a summer terrace with a difference. El Chiringuito is situated directly on the beach and is perfect for a relaxing drink whilst enjoying the beach and the sea. La Hacienda features a gastronomical tour of three continents in a Latin Atmosphere.

Under the consultancy services of ESPA, Gran Hotel Bahía del Duque Resort opened its doors to an exceptional Thalasso SPA designed by Pascua Ortega. Using the island’s natural resources, the spa offers a wide range of body and facial rituals. With a surface area of 3,500 m2, Bahia del Duque Spa has 32 treatment rooms, including outdoor cabins and two suites for individually-tailored treatments in complete privacy. The Spa has a unique thalassotherapy circuit, located in the open air, using sea water rich in mineral salts and revitalizing properties. Furthermore, the facilities include a Hammam, saunas, Scottish showers, kinesis fitness area, solarium and cold water pool. The Garden Café Restaurant offers light and creative dishes using healthy, natural ingredients, accompanied by a wide selection of teas and natural fruit juices.
