The Leaders Club 2X Points Event

You must be a Leaders Club member to participate in the “Leaders Club Double Points” promotion (“Promotion”) and have enrolled in this Promotion as set forth below.

You will earn one (1) additional Leaders Club point (“Double Point”) for every USD 1 or currency equivalent you spend on the room rate at a member hotel for bookings made between 12:00AM UTC March 22, 2023 through 11:59PM UTC May 7, 2023 (“Booking Window”) and completed and checked out between 12:00AM UTC March 23, 2023 and 11:59PM UTC May 22, 2023 (“Promotion Period”).

Room nights booked outside of the Booking Window or consumed prior to or after the Promotion Period will not be eligible for Double Points under the Promotion.

This Double Points Bonus is in addition to your regular earning of one (1) Leaders Club point for every USD 1 or currency equivalent spent on your room rate, as set forth in the Leaders Club Terms & Conditions. In addition:

• You must have enrolled for the Promotion under the My Dashboard page of your Leaders Club account on LHW.com to qualify to receive Double Points prior to booking a stay to qualify for this Promotion. Reservations agents and other intermediaries are unable to enroll Leaders Club members into this Promotion.
• This offer applies to any eligible single booking of up to three rooms with identical arrival and departure dates which may include a different confirmation number per room.
• Your Leaders Club account must be activated and associated with the booking prior to your arrival to earn Double Points for that stay.
• This offer is only valid on Qualifying Stays as defined in the Leaders Club Terms & Conditions. Qualifying Stays include stays booked at publicly available rates, Leaders Club special member rates and corporate and negotiated rates reserved on www.LHW.com, through an LHW Worldwide Reservations and Service Center or through a travel agent using the General Distribution System.
• You can earn a maximum of 10,000 Double Points for each eligible booking through this Promotion.
• Leaders Club redemption nights are not eligible to earn Double Points.
• Double Points will be issued based on the room rate only and will not apply to any other points that might be earned in connection with the stay.
• Double Points will not count toward the earning of Leaders Club member status.
• Please allow 4-6 weeks from completion of your stay for any Double Points earned to appear in your account.

The Promotion is subject to the Leaders Club Terms and Conditions. This Promotion may not be combined with any other Leaders Club promotion. Leaders Club expressly reserves the right to remove a member’s points or cancel a member’s account if fraudulent use of the Promotion is detected. To the extent permitted by applicable law, in the event of any ambiguity in the interpretation of the terms of the Promotion, the interpretation of The Leading Hotels of the World, Ltd. shall be binding (“LHW”). In addition, LHW reserves the right to cancel, terminate, suspend and/or modify the Promotion at any time with or without notice. Members must make any inquiries regarding the Promotion within 60 days from the end of the Promotion Period.
