The restaurant “Il Fagiano” is the feather in the Grand Hotel Fasano’s cap. Chef Maurizio Bufi, gives full rein to his creativity, revisiting the lake region’s traditional cuisine to create a subtle and thoroughly modern interplay of flavors and textures. In summer, dinner is served on the terrace. Thanks to the verdant grounds, azure lake and fragrant flowers, this is a feast for all the senses, not just the palate.

Restaurant Il Pescatore
“Il Pescatore” restaurant is located on a beautiful terrace overlooking the immense flowered park of the Hotel with a side of blue of the Lake. The Executive chef Pasquale Tozzi presents a menu exclusively in a Mediterranean key. The dishes convey his passion and respect for ingredients that, combined with each other, give life to games of flavors. Inspired by its land of origin, Campania and that of adoption, Lombardy, he offers a cuisine of fish also contaminated by meat combinations to create a real experience at the table.

Ristorante Magnolia
Sitting under two large centuries-old Magnolia trees, fondled by the sun and the breathtaking view of our beloved Lake, the “Magnolia” restaurant was designed. A contemporary bistro that, thanks to the experience of chef Pasquale Tozzi and his young brigade, will reinterpret the classic dishes of Italian regional cuisine in a modern key without neglecting the details of traditionality. From North to South, choosing excellent raw materials from small producers, passing from lake fish to a selection of Italian beef ribs with 60 days of dryage, his cuisine manages to satisfy all palates.
