" This is potentially the best meal we have ever eaten !! Superb service from attentive and friendly staff throughout our nine courses : the price tag initially seems steep until you begin eating - we took the Koy hermitage menu and it was outstanding - we didn't take the veal option on top as I'm not a fan . Wine was totally reasonably priced starting around 15 euro a bottle . Chefs were friendly throughout our courses and so eager to please - attention to detail was just amazing ! Just come here and let then do the rest - we will be back on every trip from now on. "

"Absolutely delicious food and an amazing view. We ate here on Christmas Day and my wife had some potatoes with eggs and prosciutto, which was amazing as I had pig's ear which was also great. Not the cheapest, but a great place not expensive or - to eat in the village."

"I did not spend much time in the Sport Hotel Hermitage; however, enjoyed a couple of drinks at the bar with friends. The main lobby of the hotel is absolutely beautiful, the staff is very polite and spoke excellent English. The drinks were served quickly and were nice and cold. I loved being in this bar and enjoyed the views of the Snowy Mountains. Very, very nice."
