Sardinia is a region with many different cultural traditions, something that is reflected in its tasty cuisine, one of Italy’s most varied ones. Sardinian restaurant celebrates and explores this fine tradition serving local pasta dishes, fish, typical pork cooked in a wood burning oven, cheeses, wines and traditional Carasau bread.
Set beneath the stars amid a scented pine grove, Cavalieri restaurant offers Italian and International dishes with a nightly buffet and à la carte options. Guests enjoy homemade pasta, grilled meats, fresh seafood, organic vegetables and a wide choice of types of bread. The wine list has been carefully selected to complement the flavorful cuisine.
