The Castell Son Claret bar presents home-made cocktails with a particular twist. Our passionated bartender uses ingredients harvested in the Castell gardens or in the surrounding countryside for delicious cocktail creations. While fresh herbs or seasonal fruit feature in classics like Negroni or a Martini Cocktail, locally produced olive oil and limes from 0ur orchard have inspired the creation of the Castell Daiquiri.
