The Leading Hotels of the World, Ltd., a curated collection of more than 375 uncommon luxury hotels, is pleased to announce that Condé Nast Traveler recognized more than 130 members in their 2017 Readers’ Choice Awards. Of the 100 hotels and resorts that topped “The 50 Best Hotels in the World” and “The 50 Best Resorts in the World” categories, Leading Hotels had the greatest number of properties recognized out of any hotel and resort brand.

La Réserve Paris Hotel and Spa was honored with the title of #1 hotel in the world, and Royal Mansour Marrakech, The Gainsborough Bath Spa, Fairmont Hotel Vier Jahreszeiten, Hotel d'Angleterre, Geneva, Residence & Spa at One&Only Royal Mirage Dubai, The Lodhi, The Reverie Saigon, Hotel Fasano São Paulo, L’Horizon Resort & Spa, Faena Hotel Miami Beach, Carillon Miami Wellness Resort and The Hay-Adams all took the coveted #1 ranking within their categories.

The Condé Nast Traveler Readers’ Choice Awards are the longest-running and one of the most important recognition of excellence in the travel industry and are commonly known as “the best of the best of travel.” Under Editor in Chief Pilar Guzmán, the Readers’ Choice Awards have become more selective and specific to the passions that inspire today’s travelers.

Over 300,000 readers submitted millions of ratings and tens of thousands of comments, voting on a record-breaking 7,320 hotels and resorts, 610 cities, 225 islands, 468 cruise ships, 158 airlines, and 195 airports.
